Comfort Dogs Show Compassion
Jessy began her service at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Concordia, Missouri on January 5, 2014. Jessy is a Comfort Dog who was trained by Lutheran Church Charities. She interacts with people at churches, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, events, and in disaster response situations. A dog is a friend who brings a calming influence, allowing people to open up their hearts and receive help for what is affecting them.
