Make plans to be a part of Rainforest Falls VBS June 22–25 from 8:30 – 11:30 am. Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids (ages 3 – entering Grade 5) plunge into a life-long adventure, discovering the nature of God, and exploring what it means to be rooted in relationship with their Savior Jesus Christ, a safe place in life’s storms.
Register
Children ages 3 – entering Grade 5 may participate in our Rainforest Falls VBS.
Volunteer
Help make VBS memorable. Lead a crew of students, share daily Bible stories, help with Bible-learning activities, make and share snacks, and have a good time in the process.
Youth entering Grade 6 – adults may volunteer. This is a great opportunity for high school youth service hours.
Support God's Mission
This year’s mission offerings gathered each day at VBS will support the work of Lutheran Bible Translators (LBT). LBT partners with local leaders in all parts of the world to create translation programs for the many communities who do not have access to God’s Word in their native language.
Pool Party
Gather to celebrate the end of a great week at the Concordia Aquatic Center (504 S. Sunset Hills Drive) on Thursday, June 25, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
The event is free.
Help Make VBS a Success
We appreciate your help in making Vacation Bible School a great event. Check back soon for more information about specific snack items to donate. Prefer to make a financial contribution? Designate your gift to the Home Fund to “VBS” by check or online.
If you are willing to donate, or loan the following items please contact the church office: 2 clean 5-gallon buckets, 4 clean buckets any size and 2 large clear plastic pitchers (these items will be returned to owner after VBS). We are also asking for scrap yarn pieces at least 1’ in length, paper towels, wet wipes, pencils and pens and snack items. To donate snack items please use the link below or contact the church office.
